I come from Holland, but within 2 months I will go on vacation in Italie. I will go to the Idro-lake, near the city Brescia. I have a Gilera citta:
For some time, I want a Polini Evolution Engine or a Polini Speedengine. Bur after a long search on the internet I still cant find the answers to these questions:
1. Are there any shops (near Brescia) which sell the "Polini Evolution engine", or the "Polini speedengine"? If there are, i would appreciate an URL of the shop (if there is one) or an adress.
2. What is the average price of these engines in Italie?
3. Are there also shops in or near Brescia which sell cylinders from Pinasco, Polini and Malossi for Gilera citta?
If this topic should be in another part of this forum, please don't hesitate to move it.

le casse evolution siamo sui 300 ma ti danno il 19 filtro e tutti quello k serve!!!
sono migliori le evolution!!!
i cilindri li trovi soprattutto polini e malossi da qualsiasi meccanico!!!
non so i pinasco ma sono rari!!!

@ Raffaelo. I had found that URL allready, and searched for the parts I mentioned on the websites of these shops, but so far I haven't found one which sells the evolution engine or the speedengine.
@Luca 92. For so far I understand you, a speedengine costs about 100 euro, and the evolution engine about 300 euro. Thanks for the information.
What I don't understand is that a Evolution engine in the Netherlands costs about 265 euro:
si piu o meno 300 euro!!!comunque ti consiglio di prenderti le casse malossi mp con il rispettivo collettore e 19 spendi sempre 300 euro!!!

I stay for 3 weeks in Italy, the Polini factory is 100 km far away. So maybe I will go there. But is there a shop at the factory then? And are the prices there lower than at other sell-points? (Cause these sell-points have to buy them first).

You can try at cristofolini racing in brescia, the number is 030-3496688. That mechanic is one of the best, i think here you can find what as you want for your gilera!!!

The engine under my citta gilera is originally from Piaggio. Here is a photograph of it:
This is the same engine as under the vespa-ciao, only with a different type of head. The head of vespa-ciao is a little bit smaller, otherwise it wouldn't fit.
Is there a shop at the Polini factory? And are the prices much lower than at normal shops?
About the Italian you speak, I'm sorry but I don't understand a thing of it. So please if you respond do it in english.
I do not know if the factory polini you sell individual pieces!

i think that at the polini factory there would be a shop with lower prieces or if you go to brascia try at the officina cristofolini,they are specialized in scooter tuning.
